o Custom consult of what we need to do to get the property show ready, with an A Full Service, Experienced and Professional Handyman “on call” to help with any pre-listing repairs you may want to have done!
o Professionally performed Pressure Wash of the property as needed! (My treat)
o FULL SERVICE from beginning to end, I will handle all details, eliminating as much stress as possible.
o Creative ONLINE Social Marketing Campaigns for all listings, I don’t just put it on MLS, slap a sign in the yard, and hope it sells! I run local and national campaigns until we are under contract!
o My closing gift to all my sellers: A professional “move out clean”! No need to clean and sanitize the house yourself. Get it empty and leave the rest to me and my crew!

Experienced as a Registered Appraiser, a Mortgage Loan Officer, and a Title Insurance agent, as well as owning my own Real Estate Company. And of course, I’m a seasoned REALTOR®!
