With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development, Janie Coffey is a top-tier professional who has spent most of her career servicing luxury sellers and buyers in Florida.

 

Recognized among the top 250 agents in the state by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal, she's earned numerous accolades, including being named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate by Inman News. Janie's impressive career includes owning her own brokerage, serving as Executive VP of a large Sotheby's franchise, and holding senior positions at Compass and eXp. Currently, Janie is the Co-Chair of eXp's Luxury Division. Janie now focuses most of her efforts as a coach and trainer on Luxury real estate and related topics.

 

Additionally, she is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Instructor. A 15th-generation Floridian, multi-lingual, and with a BSBA Degree from the University of Richmond, Janie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role in the real estate industry.
