About Carolyn Brown

Carolyn is a wife, mother to 5, classical singer, and tenacious businesswoman. Born, raised, and educated in the Philadelphia and Washington DC areas, "Cal" and her husband Luis uprooted in 2013 with their 5 children and moved to St Augustine, FL out of a deep love for warmth, history, and the beach.

 

Due to her swift and tremendous success Cal was awarded the 2018 Rising Star Award for the whole Southeastern Region within her first brokerage, a well-known global brand. She achieved top producer status within a year of serving her first customer and continued to follow a highly effective trajectory achieving the Top 100 list for the State of Florida in 2021 (out of close to 6, 000 agents) while working with that same brand. Cal earned GUILD recognition as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist based on her experience handling more complex transactions for properties worth over a million. Cal joined eXp Realty in 2022 out of a desire to align with healthy and smart leaders in the industry and thus give even better service.

 

Cal is passionately diligent in the details, tirelessly devoted to client success, and wholeheartedly caring.
